Information we receive

If you email us, we receive your email address, name if supplied, message and any business or contact details you choose to include. Please send only information relevant to your enquiry.

Our hosting and security providers may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested page and access time, to deliver and protect the website.

The contact buttons open your email app. No enquiry is submitted through this website: we receive your message when you send the email. Supplying information is voluntary, but we need contact details and enough information to answer your request.

Why we use it

  • Enquiries and business correspondence: to answer questions and discuss work. We rely on our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact the business. When you personally ask us to take steps towards a contract, we also rely on those pre-contractual steps.
  • Website operation and security: our legitimate interest in delivering a reliable website and preventing misuse.
  • Contracts and records: to perform an agreement with you and comply with applicable accounting, tax or other legal obligations.

We do not add you to a marketing mailing list just because you contact us. We do not sell enquiry information or use this website for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Who may receive it

Information is available to the people who need it to handle your enquiry, our email provider Google Workspace, and relevant technology providers. This website is hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Professional advisers or authorities may receive information where needed for an engagement, legal obligation or legal claim.

Some providers operate internationally, including outside the European Economic Area. International processing is subject to the applicable provider agreements and transfer arrangements. Google describes its arrangements in its Data Processing Addendum; hosting-provider information is available in the OpenAI privacy policy and Cloudflare privacy policy. Contact us for details of the recipients and safeguards applicable to your information.

How long we keep information

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting work. Retention depends on whether discussions remain active, whether a contract results, and whether records are needed for an applicable legal obligation or a legal claim. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed for those purposes. You can contact us about the retention of a particular message or record.

Cookies and external content

The website code does not set advertising or analytics cookies and contains no advertising pixels, embedded social widgets or analytics scripts. Fonts and artwork are served with the website, so displaying them does not require a Google Fonts request.

The hosting platform may use essential security or access-related technologies. Opening an external link or your email app takes you to a service with its own privacy practices. If we introduce optional tracking, we will update this notice and provide the relevant choices before activating it.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing depends on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful use.

Contact legal@nowhere.partners. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority or the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection at commissioner@dataprotection.gov.cy. The European Data Protection Board directory lists the authorities.

Scope and updates

This notice covers this company website and enquiries made to us. Client campaigns or other services may require separate privacy information or processing terms. We will update this page when our website or processing practices change.
